Interaction

As mentioned in 'Consider your audience', content on a web site ranges from text, images, sound, video to site searching, online ordering, stock status etc. etc.

This section of our site deals with 'Interaction'. By Interaction we mean elements of a site that require the user to interact with in order to do 'something'.

Having considered the needs of your organization and those of your audience you may have identified a number of areas that require technical or interactive elements. Examples of this might include:

  • online ordering (incl. credit card authorization)
  • order tracking and status
  • site searches
  • discussion forums (bulletin boards)

We consider the above to be relatively straight forward or standard 'interactive' elements. At RSD we specialize in the implementation and development of 'interactive' web sites, and although we can implement standard elements as outlined above we stand out in the development of 'web application development'.
